He is survived by: his wife Dawn Samples of Belle Fourche; his children, Terry Samples Jr. of Belle Fourche, Brandon Samples, Tommy Samples, Amanda Samples of Carrollton, GA and Jenny Barber (Timothy) of Villa Rica, GA; his grandchildren, Khloe, Bella, Micah North, Lakyn, Hailynn, Kadin Thomas, Jayden Samples and Trenten Samples; and his siblings, Gary Samples (Debra), David Samples (Johnnie), Vanessa Whitman (Marlin), Sharon West (Mark), Sherry Thomaston (Norman) and Tajuan Samples. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
