He is survived by: his mother Rose Tingley; his children, Justin Rodriguez (Annabelle), Allisa Hayduk (Terry Samples), Angel Tingley (Ceylee Meyers) and Kiana Tingley; his grandson Sebastian; his stepfather Michael Grusing (Brenda); and his siblings, Kenneth Tingley Jr. (Katie), Jobriah Tingley, Bobbie Ljunggren (Joshua), Mikayla Trainor (Shawn), Lindsey Grusing, Keeley Grusing (Lars Dunavant) and Krista Ulrich (Brian Percy).
