He is survived by: his daughter Lorrie Ann LaRue (Roger); his wife Shirley LaRue; his son Doug LaRue (Jean); his grandchildren, Brooke Schmett, Cassie Mason (Grant), Amanda Nelson, Jamie Burke, Belle Fourche and Daniel LaRue (Elizabeth Harrell); and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Audrey Schmett, Natillie, Lucie, Korrie, William Mason, Coy Nelson, Adilynn LaRue Burke and Anderson Burke.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kline Funeral Chapel (838 State St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (1100 Stanley St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717).
