It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Skogberg (Belle Fourche, South Dakota), who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve of Belle Fourche; his children, Cody (LaVonna) of Belle Fourche and Cari Eastman (Scott) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Katy, Riggin, Bridger, Dorionna, Brandon, Abigail, Mataya and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Gunnar and James.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills (715 National St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (1100 Stanley St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717).
Memorials are preferred to St. James Lutheran Church, Butte County 4H Rodeo, or the SDSU Rodeo Team.
