Though David Leroy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Grace Smith (Callahan); and his brothers, Loren Smith and Lester Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Smith of Belle Fourche; his sisters, Janice Barber of Belle Fourche and Donna Post of Belle Fourche; and his sister-in-law Sharon Smith of Belle Fourche. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the /Open House. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Kline Funeral Chapel (838 State St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
