It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlyce Sloan (Belle Fourche, South Dakota), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Allen Richmond and Pearl Anna Ferne Richmond (Shores); her husband Charles George Sloan; and her brothers, Logan, Leroy, Eugene and Wesley.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Pirkey (Herbert) of Edgewood, NM, Ferne Tellinghuisen (Harvey) of Lakeside, CA, Charlotte Engelstad (Duane) of Fairfield, ID, Charles (Nancy) of Piedmont and Daniel (Rose) of Beaverton, OR; her grandchildren, C. J. (Jenna), Clay (Cassie), Ben (Leah), Dane (JoHannah), Bethany (Nathan), Kari (Tyler) and Daniel (Jasmine); her great grandchildren, Eli, Abigail, Esther, Ezra, Levi, Isaac, Erik, Soren, Ivy and Aislynn; and her brother Ivan Richmond (Ruth) of Summerfield, Florida..
In lieu of flowers, memorials to either Belle Fourche United Methodist Church or Belle Fourche Public Library are preferred.
