He is survived by: his wife Karen Kautzman; his children, Brian (Laura) of Minneapolis, MN, Amy Nelson (Kurt) of Santa Cruz, CA and Aaron (Alexis Eastwood) of Lynchburg, VA; his granddaughter Norah Nelson; his siblings, Larry (Bernice) of Bismarck, ND and Deborah of Newport News, VA; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Irene Kautzman of Oliver County, ND; his siblings-in-law, Heidi Lannen (Tom) of Wheaton, IL, Tami Marciano (Armand) of Scottsdale, AZ, Mary Anne Bell of Niwot, CO and Mark Goedken of Cedar Rapids, IA; his nephews, Matthew Lannen of Chicago, IL and Damien Kleppe of Sacramento, CA; and his niece Michelle Ihli of Killdeer, ND. He is also survived by several cousins; and many friends.
