He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Harvey and Opal Harvey (Byrne); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kendrick; his sons, Chad Harvey of Belle Fourche and Ryan Harvey of Spearfish; his siblings, Dan Harvey (Judy) of Spearfish and Laura Wheeler of Belle Fourche; and his sister-in-law Marsha Harvey of Topeka, Kansas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
