He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Stevens and Doris Stevens; his sister Freda; his wife Betty Lou LeLaCheur; his uncle Marv; his grandfather Skip; his children, Deb Robertson (Don), James Stevens (Darla) and Alan Stevens (Michelle); his grandchildren, TyLea Sorensen, Heather Robinson (Orin), Sarah Walker (Ross), Mikayla Norton (Ross), Laree (John Haskvitz), Seth and Riley Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Jarek, Brody, Alix Sorensen, Carter, Carsyn, Cruz Norton, Riggs, Ryer, Sloane Walker and Layton Robinson.
A Memorial has been established for the Hot Springs Volunteer Fire Department.
