She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Sluiter and Joann Sluiter (Tidemann); her husband Jerry Fowlds; her cousin Laurie Tidemann; and her brothers-in-law, Bruce and Jim Fowlds.
She is survived by: her brother Shane Sluiter (Becky); her nephews, Jackson and Matthew; her aunts, Audrey Jones and Judy Tidemann; her uncle Merlyn Tidemann (Barb); her cousins, Eric Tidemann and Lisa Tidemann (Tim Akridge); her close friend Phyllis Schievelbein; her daughter-in-law Tammy Paluk (Erik); her son Bryant; her son-in-law Darin Fowlds (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Corwin Fowlds (Shelby), Shanda Fowlds and Cheston Fowlds.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Pioneer Cemetery, the El Riad Shrine, or the Avera Foundation for breast cancer research.
