He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Moan and Althea Moan (Berg); and his brother Henry Lyle Moan. He is survived by: his wife Joann Nesheim; his sons, Tim Moan (Amy) of Yutan, NE, Jeff Moan and Dan Moan (Amy Beck); his grandchildren, Rachel Krdzalic (Ben) of Des Moines, IA, Nicole Tolk (Zach) of Madrid, IA, Korrine Moan (Austin) of Parkston, SD, Logan Moan of Yutan, NE and Jack Moan of Yutan, NE; and his great grandchildren, Lenora Tolk, Elisa Tolk, Vaughn Tolk, Olivia Krdzalic, Westin Moan and Kimberly Klebenstein. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the Baltic Lutheran Church or the Baltic Fire Department.
