He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reine DeWitte and Alice DeWitte (Buysse); his children, Laurie Schwebach (James) of Urbandale, IA, Lisa Olson (Lynn) of Baltic, Scott DeWitte of Lennox and Ryan DeWitte of Jasper, MN; his siblings, James DeWitte (Karen), Rodney DeWitte (Pam) and Adeline Tveidt; and the mother of his children Ona DeWitte. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
