He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Jacqueline Turner (Paul) of Bingham Lake, MN, Dana Sundal (Todd) of Baltic, SD, Matthew Anderson (Deb) of Darlington, WI, Heidi Steineke (Dennis) of Hartford, SD and Mark Anderson (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Emily (Cody), John Turner (Bailey) of Bingham Lake, MN, Elizabeth Paul (Cameron) of Mitchell, SD, Hannah Brown (Evan) of Baltic, SD, Will Steineke (Kelsey) of Sioux Falls, SD, Rose Bates (Steven) of Raeford, NC, Allison Sundal (Reed Tonak) of Volga, SD, Grace Steineke of Madison, SD and Seth Sundal of Baltic, SD. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Nidaros Lutheran Church (47560 252nd St, Baltic, SD 57003). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
