He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gilbert, Agnes Paulsness and Wayne Weeg; and his uncle Mark Nealy. He is survived by: his parents, Stuart Paulsness and Michelle Paulsness (Weeg); his brothers, Patrick Callahan and Greg Callahan (Sasha); his nephews, Gabriel and Jameson Callahan; and his grandmother Marjorie Weeg (Marion). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
