He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Niemann; his sisters, Julie and Charlotte; and his father-in-law Harvey Swier. He is survived by: his mother Patty Niemann (Hagen) of Sioux Falls, SD; his wife Kim Niemann of Baltic; his daughter Karly Niemann of Missoula, MT; his mother-in-law Elaine Swier of Crooks, SD; and his sisters, Paula Nussbaum (Kurt) of Garretson, SD and Jill Brown (Daniel) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers family wishes memorials which will be directed to the South Dakota High School Rodeo Association.
