He was predeceased by: his parents, Tweed Sebesta and Hannah Sebesta (Berry); and his brothers, Garry, Larry and Richard Sebesta.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Eickhoff of Wood River; his children, Jeff (Donna) of Sioux Falls, Nancy Kraayenhof (Doug) of Hills, MN and Kathy Sebesta of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Alicia Erikson (Chris), Jeffrey Sebesta (Courtney), Ashlyn Palensky (James), Aimee Sebesta, Eric Sebesta, Abby Hanisch, Blake Hanisch (Carissa), Brian Hanisch (D'one), Sarah Wallin, Josie Lorang (Ben), Justin Wallin and Ryan Wallin; and his brother Ken Sebesta (Mary) of Everett, Washington.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
