She is survived by: her husband Karel Kulhavy; her son Kevin Kulhavy (Dawn); her granddaughter Olivia Lind (Mat); her great grandchildren, Hattie and Otto Lind; her sister Linda Johnson (Larry); and her nephews, Aaron Skog and Mark Skog.
