It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Ned Bergan of Badger, South Dakota, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Marian (Garrey); and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Paula Marquardt; his stepsons, Hanson and Mike Mullinix; his children, Maria Groos (Jay), Burgin Bodee, Maebe and Jerrod Bergan (Taylor); his stepsons, Ethan Fonder (Shelby), Brooklyn and Layne; and his siblings, Rachel Sona (David), Jean Tomlin and Bob Bergan (Janel).
