He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Ratigan and Mildred Ratigan (Marlow); his brother Gary Ratigan; and his sister-in-law Kathy Ratigan. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Ratigan (Alli) of Mitchell, SD and Jeff Ratigan (Chantel) of Volga, SD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
