He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Urevig); his children, Patricia Kincaid (Thomas), Peggy Andersen (Terry), Jeffrey Norgaard and Penny Burgess; his grandchildren, Amber Spears (Michael), Heather Jones, Dezarae Norgaard, Kelli Alvarado (Carlos), Mark Burgess (Kadee), Krystal Nace (Chad), Jason Norgaard (Meagan) and Mia Burgess; and his brother Orlan. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
