He is survived by: his wife Arlene Vavruska; his children, Mary Manning of Morrill, KS, Lori Van Duysen of Wagner and Loren Bertus (Rachel) of Avon; his grandchildren, Kristen Manning (Michael Kadlicek), Mathew Manning (Cassie), Abby Manning, Sharla, Michael II, Melissa, Marshall, Morgan Van Duysen, Jeff Bertus, Joe Bertus (Nikki McPherson) and Jill Tolsma (Devin); his great grandchild Raelynn Van Duysen; and his pet Snoopy. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
