She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Nelson and Marie Nelson (Pool); her husband Jerry Mudder; her son Jay Mudder; her mother-in-law Elsie Mudder; her brother Richard; her sister-in-law Charlene Nelson; and her nephew Scott Nelson.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Julie Mudder of Avon, Emily Mudder and Scott Bye; her brother Galen Nelson of Sioux Falls; and her siblings-in-law, Alvin (Betty Mudder) of Avon, Bob Pudwill of Springfield and Adella Massey (Mudder) of Avon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and –nephews, cousins, and other friends.
