She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. DeMint and Blanche DeMint (Edmondson); her husband Billy B. Jones; her brother Ray; and her grandson Geoffrey.
She is survived by: her children, David Jones, Dennis Jones (Terri), Laura Mills, Robert Jones (Kim), James Jones (Tami), Lisa George and Bradley Jones (Julie). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (629 9th Ave, Brookings, SD 57006). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
