He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hendrix and Gertrude Hendrix (Bluhm); his wife Mildred Ischen; his son Daryl; his stepmother Edna Hendrix; his siblings, Lyle Hendrix (Elaine) and Francis Knust (Herb); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Scott (Clell) and Deloris Mathis (Grassel).
He is survived by: his son Gary Hendrix (Patty). He is also survived by four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
He moved into Countryside Living at the start of the pandemic and survived Covid without any symptoms.
