It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Hendrix of Artesian, South Dakota, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hendrix and Gertrude Hendrix (Bluhm); his former wife Eleanor Kneen; his son Joel Hendrix; his stepson Bruce Estabrook; his siblings, Lyle, Robert (Bob) and Frances Knust; his nephews, Dave and Jack Knust; and his niece Carla Knust.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Earls; his son Terry Hendrix (Jan) of Custer, SD; and his stepsons, Richard Estabrook of Woonsocket, SD, Terry Estabrook of Montevideo, MN and Steve Estabrook of Kuwait. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.
