He was predeceased by: his wife Madonna; his sister LaVonne McCart; his parents, Maynard Scott and Opal Scott; and his siblings-in-law, Wilmer Donahue, Ardell Donahue, Jerome Casey, Daryl Weable and LaVera Casey.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie and Tom; and his grandchildren, Joshua Vincent, Monica Richards and Melissa Brunty. He is also survived by four great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
