He is survived by: his wife Linda of Armour, SD; his children, Jennifer Ronspies (Reginald) of Como, NC, Joshua Ronspies (Kathleen) of Angelton, TX and Anna Ronspies of Avon, SD; his stepdaughter Becca Naser; his grandchildren, TJ Batte of Elizabeth City, NC, Elijah Smith, Tristen Redmond of Como, NC, Charlie, Tanner, Ava, Blase, Cooper Ronspies of Angelton, TX, Celeste Peters (Bennett), Jordan Perez of Colorado Springs, CO and Maylynn Ronspies of Avon, SD; his stepgrandchildren, Naser (Avon), Faith Christiansen of Belle Fourche, SD and Charli Christiansen of Oral, SD; his great grandchild Teaghan Peters of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Elaine Hawley (Richard) of Harrisburg, SD, Theresa, Colleen Mosterd (Mark) of Platte, SD and Carman Lewis of St. Libory, NE.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (204 1st St, Armour, SD 57313). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
