He is survived by: his wife Charlene Carlsen of Fairfax, SD; his sister Shirley Schollmeyer (Bruce) of Colleyville, TX; his daughters, Renee (John) and Darcie Hull (Brett); his nieces, Tammy and Angela; and his nephew Michael.
