It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mavis Sorenson of Arlington, South Dakota, born in Hetland, South Dakota, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Melstad and Martha Melstad (Seim); her children, Carla Kay and Scott; her husband Harold; and her grandson Niko (Craig).
She is survived by: her siblings, Ardell and Howard; her son Craig Sorenson; her grandchildren, Lincoln, Ashley, Elliott, Antoine and Griffin; her daughter Betsy Jo Lingbeck (Brad); her grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke, Braydn and Christian Kangas (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Mabel (Ashley) and Davis (Brittany).
