He is survived by: his children, Monica Turbak (Paul) of Arlington, Lisa Madsen (Stacy Roberts) of Baltic and Brian Madsen (Nichole Glawe) of Arlington; his grandsons, Seth and Blake Madsen; his stepgrandchildren, Kylie Turbak (Tyler Ockenga) of Sioux Falls, Justine Turbak (Michael Baukus) of Frederick, CO and Airman Kirby Turbak; and his siblings, Jim Madsen and Pam Jensen. He is also survived by five step-great-grandchildren.
