He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Josephsen and Fern Josephsen. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn; his brother-in-law Bob Breeschoten of Prior Lake, MN; his brother Gary Josephsen of West Fargo, ND.; his nieces and nephews, Travis Breeschoten of Kimball, SD, Tanya Williams of Lakeville, MN, Darin Josephsen (Christine) of West Fargo, ND, Daric Breeschoten of Lonsdale, MN and Dustin Josephsen (Amber) of West Fargo, ND.; his aunt Faye Josephsen; and his uncles, Leon Josephsen and Donnie Larson. He is also survived by his 8 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to Cancer Research Institute on Doug's behalf.
