He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Royer and Mavis Royer (Nelson); his sister Ruth; his grandparents, Detleph, Ella Nelson, Charles and Ella Royer; his sister-in-law Diane Royer; and his mother-in-law Gladys Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Royer of Arlington; his daughter Riahnnon Stormo (Kelly Olsen) of Hayti; his grandchildren, Hailey Rae, Carson Dean Stormo, Morgan and Lauren Olsen; his daughter Lindsey Rettedal (Shawn) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Leighton Ella and Presley Rae Rettedal; his child Terry Norgaard of Alaska; his grandchild Brittani Norgaard; his son Travis Norgaard; his grandson Tony Norgaard of Brookings; his great grandchildren, TJ and Atina Norgaard; his brother Dale Royer of Arlington; his aunt Beverly Nelson of Sioux Falls; his father-in-law Cliff Zeeck; his sister-in-law Jan Cromwell of Arlington; and also, Eric Henderson of Arlington and Trinity Henderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
