She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenneth C. Higgins; and her sibling Edward Bialoblocki (late Jean). She is survived by: her children, David J. Higgins (Florence) and Carol Page (James); her grandchildren, David K. Higgins (Christie), Leigh Ann Peckham (Jason), Brian Page and Phillip Page (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Jacob, David J., Olivia, Hannah and Noah; and her sibling Dolores Stando (Matthew). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Higgins' memory to the American Cancer Society 101 John James Audubon Pkwy, Amherst, NY 14228.
