William R. Crippen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Crippen (Alpena, South Dakota), who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Stella Davis, Inez McMonagle, Edna Settler, Hazel Carlton, Ruby Gajewski, Helen Crandall, Roland Crippen, Bud Crippen, Dorothy Thompson and Jean Walton.
He is survived by: his friends, John Rice and Jerry Brooks; his wife Elaine Crippen of Grain Valley; his children, Ed Crippen of Atlanta, Georgia, Brenda Burnfin (Chuck) of Raymore, Chistine Carroll (Paul) of Oklahoma City and Merrilee "Cricket" McGee (René) of Independence; his grandchildren, Jake Basquiat of New Orleans, Willow Winslow-Charboneau (Drew) of Springfield and Lauren Carroll of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Calla Lily Winslow-Charboneau and Jubilee Day Winslow-Charboneau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Bill received a late diagnosis of Alzheimer's in 2011.
