He is survived by: his wife Arleen Bartsch; his children, Scott Hargan (Cindy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Sandra Prout (Rich) of Peoria, AZ; his grandchildren, Kendra Hargan of Mountain Home, ID and Roman Boyum of Fairbanks, AK; his sisters, Jeannette Goossen (Walter) of Marion, SD and Julie Hargan of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Bonne Hargan of Ellis, SD and Orlin Bartsch of Eugene, OR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
