He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Olsen-Banks (Kathy); his daughters, Johnette Michaels (Joe) of Danville, PA, Cassandra Joseph (Kevin Rohlfs) of South Sioux, CI and Cherilyn Hallaway (Jay) of Alcester, SD; and his grandchildren, James, Brian Lenik, Jaclyn, Elizabeth and William Hallaway. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
