We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2019, at the age of 74, Roy E. Deen (Alcester, South Dakota), born in Quitman, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Deen (Brunk) and Francis M. Deen; his brothers, Francis M. Deen and Elvin Deen (Gene); his brother-in-law Jim Grant; and also, Viola McCombs (Gaskil), Ethel Kay Bickert (McCombs) and Leonard McCombs.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Gary Deen (Bonnie) of Alcester, Douglas Deen (Rachel) of Kearney, NE and Candace Peterson (Mike) of Beresford, SD; his grandchildren, Casi, Kali, Marti Jo Deen, Makenzie, Addison, Lilly Peterson, Madison, Brooklyn Deen, Shayla, Ashaly Fox, Noah Peterson and Tyler Fox; his sisters, Evelyn Lininger (Delbert) of Skidmore, MO, Vickie Grant of St Joseph, MO and Cheryl Dalsing (Mike) of St Joseph, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Deen and Larry Bickert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
