He is survived by: his wife Linda Fickbohm; his daughter Teresa Carlisle (Cal); his grandsons, Tyler Carlisle (Nichole) and Ryan Carlisle; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Ilyjah; and his siblings, Arnold and Deborah.
