He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Powell; his children, Rhoda Andersen (Rick) of Pierre, Bryan Sommervold (Chon) of Alcester, Dean Sommervold (Wendy) of Alcester and Tammy Sommervold (Ron Jupiter) of Brandon; and his sister-in-law Delores Sommervold.
