She was predeceased by: her spouse Merle Hongslo; her parents, Arlo Hagen and Alice Hagen; her siblings, Vern Hagen, Marilyn Almos, Arlene and Joyce Hagen; and her brother-in-law David Hebert.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Hongslo (Carolyn) of Alcester, Rick Hongslo (Glenda) of Corsica, Randy Hongslo (Kathy) of Vermillion and Lori Hofer (Brian) of Alcester; her grandchildren, Christopher Hongslo (Heather), Joshua Hofer (Wendy), Kyla Schmidt (Jared), Adam Hofer, Tyler Juhnke (Jessica), Melissa Anderson (Jared), Taya Davis (Gaven), Kara Horner (David), Bradee Coit (Jared), Ryan Hongslo (Kylee) and Avery Hongslo; her sisters, Carol Sorlie (Orville) of Hudson, Karen Erickson (Norman) of Beresford, Vivian Schumacher (Greg) of Alcester and Sherry Hebert of Aurora, CO; and her sister-in-law Connie Hagen of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
