He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lundberg and Alma Lundberg (Gibson); his brother Merle; and his siblings-in-law, Linda and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Skoglund of Alexandria; his children, Rick (Mary Beth), Jill Frick (Jon) of Canton, SD and Tricia Lasley (Paul) of Alexandria, SD; his grandchildren, Jessica Van Houten (Brian), Derrick Lundberg (Hunter), Kevin Frick (Courtney), Brenna Frick, Tyler Frick and Craig Lasley; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Hudson Lundberg. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses.
