We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020, at the age of 62, Joseph Necklace of Alcester, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Necklace and Katherine Necklace (Sing). He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Necklace Jr. of Minneapolis, MN, Jonathan Edwards of Fargo, ND, Frances Opitz (Joe) of New Effington, SD, Teresa Campbell (Steve) of St. Paul, MN, Danielle Coney (Remy) of Wahpeton, ND and Marcia Chagala of Laredo, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
