With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Clark of Alcester, South Dakota, who passed away on October 2, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Edna Clark (Erickson); his granddaughter Amanda Jensen; his siblings, Leland "Spud" Clark (Tina), Alvine Clark (Mabel), Curtis Clark, June Simpson (Russ), Kay Salvis (True), Clarys Peterson (Robert) and Lois Wilbur (Glen); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Clark, Audery and Pat Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo Clark; his children, Monica Jensen (Jimmy) of Beresford, Clay Clark (Roxanne) of Alcester and Gavin Clark (Yvonne) of Beresford; his grandchildren, Josh Clark (Melissa), Yolanda Dirnberger (Josh), Drew Jensen (Emma), Lennea Olson (Garret) and Sadie Bottorff (Chet); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Wyatt Clark, Isabelle, Isaac, Melody and Noelle Dirnberger; and his brother Gerald Clark of St. Paul, MN.
