It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verneda Delores Wolff of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ulven and Laura Ulven (Anderson); her husband Lawrence Wolff; and her siblings, Lyle, Eldon, Roy, Sidney, Helen, Idella, Evelyn and Agnes.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wolff (Camille) of Aberdeen, Debra Wolff of Aberdeen and Wesley Wolff (Christine) of Missouri City, TX; her grandchildren, Courtney Messerich (Brad) of Eagan, MN, Carter Wolff (Brittney) of Victoria, MN, Laura Keever (Evan) of Houston, TX, Andrew Wolff and Benjamin Wolff of Missouri City, TX; her great grandchildren, Owen Messerich, Lila Messerich, Caden Wolff and Kinsley Wolff; and her siblings-in-law, Calvin Wolff (Marilyn) of Sioux Falls, Alice Wessling of Saratoga, CA and Frances Wolff of Aberdeen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was a member and held office at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Ipswich, Zion Lutheran Church of Aberdeen, the American Legion, RSVP, Belles & Beaux's Square Dance Club, and the Aberdeen Senior Center, where she was crowned Queen of the Senior Center in 2010.
In lieu of flowers, family members encourage a memorial to the Nano Nagle Village's "Hospice @ Nano".
