He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen "Dick" and June Finley (Meier). He is survived by: his brothers, Scott Finley and Sheldon Finley (Cheryl); his niece Sarah of Chelsea; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by many extended family members, cousins, and friends.
Todd died Saturday, November 21 at Avera St. Luke's Hospital after battling COVID.
