He is survived by: his wife Joyce Crabtree; his daughter Nicole Thompson; his stepdaughters, Mary Mehaffey, Amber Entzel and Robyn Peterson; and his siblings, Dee Anne Gall, Dwight Crabtree (Correen), Bruce Crabtree (Vicky), Grant Crabtree and Gene Crabtree (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
