With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia J. Glaesman of Aberdeen, South Dakota, born in Redfield, South Dakota, who passed away on April 24, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cleberg and Grace Cleberg (Rasmussen); her husband Arvin Glaesman; and her son Elmer Nash Jr. (Pete). She is survived by: her former husband Elmer R. Nash, Sr.; her daughters, Penny Barondeau (Roger), Dawn Monson (Steve), Rose Keihl (Dan) and Violet Tewksbury (Randy); her stepchildren, Charlie Glaesman (Rhona), Susan Thorpe (Tom), Deb Mahlke (Tom) and Diane Schumacher (Curtis); and her brother Harold Cleberg (Clara). She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, ten step grandchildren, twenty-one step great grandchildren.
