She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Forbush and Ruth Forbush; and her brothers, Tom Forbush and Michael Forbush. She is survived by: her husband Don Kotzea; her siblings, David Forbush, Judy Keyes (Dick), Maryanne Suhr and Kathy Long; and her sisters-in-law, Lynne Forbush and Doris Forbush. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
