She is survived by: her husband Gene Fernen of Aberdeen; her daughter Kimberly Schlosser (Matt) of Ashton, SD; her siblings, Curtis Haskell (Cindy) of Conde, David Haskell of Sioux Falls, Deb Schoenfeld (Dale) of Watertown and Linda Haskell-Sherman (Rob) of Excelsior Springs, MO; and her nephew Otto.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to DAV (Disabled American Veterans), VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) or any Veterans organization.
