He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Wagner and Crystal Wagner (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Waller; his daughter Dr. Angela Hase (Chris); his grandchildren, Adrianna and Andrew Hase of Aberdeen; his daughter Dr. Becky Wagner (Ron Yahne) of Rapid City, SD; and his brother Rick Wagner (Judy) of Tulare, SD.
